Bucks Defeat Hornets, 127-125
The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the visiting Charlotte Hornets, 127-125, at Fiserv Forum on Wednesday.

While Charlotte led for the first 33 minutes of this game, there were nine ties and 13 lead changes across the final 15 minutes. Many of those came in the final seconds, with LaMelo Ball hitting a game-tying three with 5.9 seconds left and Giannis Antetokounmpo responding with a game-winning lay-up with 2.0 seconds remaining. Miles Bridges actually had a halfcourt attempt to tie the game but the ball toilet bowled out. Milwaukee ended up out-rebounding Charlotte, 45-36, while outscoring them in the paint, 54-40. In addition, the Bucks outscored the Hornets in second-chance points, 15-4, and in fastbreak points, 17-10.

The Hornets (13-11) were led by Ball, collecting 36 points, five rebounds, nine assists and three steals. Bridges amassed 22 points, nine rebounds and two blocks. Gordon Hayward generated 18 points, three rebounds, five assists and two blocks. Terry Rozier had 10 points, three rebounds, eight assists and three steals, while Kelly Oubre Jr led the bench with 25 points.

The Bucks (14-8) were led by Antetokounmpo and his 40 points, 12 rebounds and nine assists. Khris Middleton compiled 21 points, six rebounds and five assists. Grayson Allen had 16 points, seven rebounds, two assists and two steals, while Jrue Holiday tallied 11 points, four rebounds, seven assists and two steals.

On deck for Milwaukee is a road matchup with the Toronto Raptors on Thursday. As for Charlotte, they're off until Sunday when they travel to face the Atlanta Hawks.
