Pacers Blast Bulls, 103-77
The Indiana Pacers defeated the Chicago Bulls, 103-77, at United Center on Monday night.

The Pacers (8-11) came in as clear underdogs, but the first half completely belied that status. Indiana essentially needed just 24 minutes to put a shell-shocked Bulls (12-6) squad away, racking up 67 points over the first two quarters to take a 21-point lead into intermission. Indiana was much more subdued offensively in the second half, but by holding Chicago to 31 points in the final two periods, it could afford to take the foot off the gas. The visitors unsurprisingly held several clear advantages on the stat sheet, perhaps none more drastic than the 59-38 margin they won the battle of the boards by.

Domantas Sabonis led the Pacers with a 21-point, 11-rebound double-double that also included four assists and one steal. Malcolm Brogdon turned in 16 points, seven assists, four rebounds, two blocks and one steal. Justin Holiday furnished 14 points, four boards, two assists and one steal. Myles Turner generated a 12-point, 10-rebound double-double that included four blocks. Caris LeVert matched Turner's scoring total and provided two rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block.

DeMar DeRozan led the Bulls with 18 points, adding two assists and one rebound. Zach LaVine registered 17 points, three assists and two rebounds. Derrick Jones, Jr. compiled eight points, five boards and one steal. Lonzo Ball notably went scoreless over 25 minutes totaling only five rebounds, two assists and one block.

The Pacers return home to host the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday night, while the Bulls hit the road and face the Houston Rockets on Wednesday night.
