Thunder Look To Get Back On Track At Home
The Oklahoma City Thunder play host to the Washington Wizards at Paycom Center on Friday evening.

The Thunder (6-12) have dropped four in a row and will be looking to get back on track, as they face the second game of a two-game home stand, with the chance to add to their, 4-5, home record. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (ankle) has missed the last two games and remains questionable for action on Friday. In his absence, the Thunder have gone with rookie, Josh Giddey as their primary ball-handler and play-maker. Giddey has been off to a strong start to the season, averaging 10.8 points, 7.3 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 1.0 steals per game. Luguentz Dort has been playing great lately, averaging 20.4 points on 47 percent shooting, over the last 10 games. On the other hand, Darius Bazley has slowed down after a stronger start to the season and is averaging 9.3 points, 6.9 rebounds per game. The Thunder are averaging 99.0 points per game, which is second fewest in the league, while they are shooting an average of 41.0 percent from the field, which is second worst in the league.

Meanwhile, this marks the second game of a four-game road trip for the Wizards (11-7), which they began with a loss in New Orleans on Wednesday. The Wizards will be looking to get back on track with the hopes of ending a two-game slide and building on their, 4-5, road record. Bradley Beal leads the team, averaging 23.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 1.1 steals per game. Montrezl Harrell continues to provide a great boost off the bench, averaging 17.1 points, 9.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists, while Spencer Dinwiddie is averaging 14.9 points, 5.1 rebounds and 5.6 assists per game. The Wizards are averaging 105.6 points per game, and they are holding opponents to an average of 105.0 points per game.
