The Bucks jumped out to a seven-point lead following the first quarter (25-18), but the Celtics showed signs of turning things around with a 29-23 score just before the break, making it a one-point game with 24 minutes left to play. The Bucks responded with a 32-26 score in the third quarter and restored their seven-point advantage, but the Celtics flipped the script in the fourth with a furious comeback. Derrick White was the other Boston player who scored in double digits after tallying 11 points off the bench.

Brook Lopez ended with 17 points and seven rebounds, while Jrue Holiday delivered 16 points, nine assists, seven rebounds and three steals. Wesley Matthews ended with 12 points but didn’t do much in other categories. Pat Connaughton posted 11 points.
