2023 Fantasy Outlook
A third-round pick in 2021, Tremble finished last season with 19 catches (on 32 targets) for 174 yards and three touchdowns in 17 games. While that output closely resembled his production as a rookie (20-180-1 on 35 targets), he may be hard-pressed to improve his numbers this year after the Panthers signed veteran tight end Hayden Hurst this offseason. With Hurst slated to start, Tremble and fellow holdover Ian Thomas figure to see less snaps and involvement in the passing game, likely restricting both player's values. Read Past Outlooks
Another three-touchdown season
Tremble recorded two catches for 11 yards on two targets in Sunday's 9-0 loss to the Buccaneers.
ANALYSIS
Tremble appeared in 16 of the Panthers' 17 games during the regular season, finishing with 23 catches for 194 yards and three touchdowns on 32 targets. Even though he saw elevated snaps over the second half of the campaign while Hayden Hurst was out with a concussion, Tremble's receiving production remained strikingly similar to his two prior NFL seasons. The tight end will enter the final season of his rookie contract in 2024 and will look to remain a complementary option in what will hopefully be an improved offense under a new coaching staff.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Could break out in 2022
Tremble is poised for a breakout season in 2022, especially given new offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo's history with the tight end position, Joseph Person of The Athletic predicts.
ANALYSIS
The second-year tight end offered some glimpses of his potential last season while recording 20 receptions for 180 yards and a touchdown and adding another score on the ground. Person notes that although veteran Ian Thomas also returns in 2022, he's projected to be utilized almost exclusively as a blocker. That would leave Tremble as the clear-cut pass-catching option at the position in McAdoo's offense, a scheme that helped Evan Engram compile 64 receptions for 722 yards and six touchdowns as a rookie with the Giants back in 2017.

2021
A third-round pick last year, Tremble showed versatility from his reserve role as a rookie, finishing with 20 catches on 35 targets for 180 yards and a touchdown, while also rushing three times for 11 yards and another score in 16 games. Heading into his second season, Tremble again figures to work in tandem with fellow tight end Ian Thomas, but given Thomas' limited pass catching over the past three years, Tremble seemingly boasts more upside, albeit relatively restricted himself.
