Bucks Looking To Close Series Out At Home
The Milwaukee Bucks will host the Boston Celtics at Fiserv Forum on Friday night in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals in the 2022 NBA Playoffs. The Bucks are leading the series 3-2.

The Bucks mounted an impressive comeback to get past the Celtics in Game 5 despite playing on the road and once again are in control of the series. Giannis Antetokounmpo was magnificent for the Bucks and carried the team when they needed it the most, as he finished with 40 points, 11 rebounds, three assists, a steal and a block. Jrue Holiday was stellar on defense but also provided scoring with 24 points, eight rebounds and eight assists. Bobby Portis finished with a double-double off the bench after pouring 14 points and 15 rebounds, and Pat Connaughton also had 13 points off the bench. No other Milwaukee player scored in double digits. All Milwaukee needs to do now is to win one of the remaining two games, with the next one at home, in order to reach the Conference Finals once again.

The Bucks are not expected to feature Khris Middleton (knee) due to injury, even though he has been listed as a GTD.

The Celtics had a golden chance to grab the series lead playing at home and fresh off a thrilling victory in Game 4 on the road, but they wasted away their lead in the final minutes and had to settle for another loss, one that puts their backs against the wall. Jayson Tatum surpassed the 30-point once again and led the Celtics with 34 points, six rebounds and four assists, while Jaylen Brown posted 26 points, eight rebounds, six assists and a block. Marcus Smart ended with 15 points, four rebounds and two steals. Daniel Theis contributed 11 points and a rebound. The Celtics have now gone 1-2 at home in the series against the Bucks and need to repeat the same formula they had in Game 4, because otherwise, their season might end Friday.

Robert Williams (knee) will be a game-time decision for Game 6, while Sam Hauser (shoulder) is out.

Warriors Host Grizzlies With Season On The Line
The Golden State Warriors play host to the Memphis Grizzlies in Game 6 of the Western Conference Semi Finals at Chase Center on Friday evening.

Despite missing Ja Morant (knee) in Game 5, the Grizzlies got out to a great start and led, 38-28, after one quarter. They kept the pressure on in the second and rallied to a, 77-50, lead by halftime. The Warriors had no answers in the second half, as the Grizzlies won the third quarter, 42-17, to make it a 52-point deficit heading into the final frame. The Grizzlies cruised the rest of the way to close the impressive home win and take the, 3-2, series lead.

Jaren Jackson, Tyus Jones and Desmond Bane tallied 21 points each to lead the way for the Grizzlies. Steven Adams added seven points, 13 rebounds and three assists, while Dillon Brooks chipped in 12 points, four rebounds, four assists and a steal. Meanwhile, Klay Thompson led the Warriors with 19 points, three rebounds and a steal, in 25 minutes. Jonathan Kuminga followed up with 17 points, three rebounds and two assists, while Stephen Curry finished with 14 points, three rebounds and four assists.

Morant (knee) will remain sidelined, which means Tyus Jones has to continue to carry a major load in the backcourt. De'Anthony Melton and Steven Adams have also seen increased playing time lately.

Otto Porter (foot) and Andre Iguodala (neck) are listed as questionable for the Warriors, which would mean more playing time for Jonathan Kuminga.
