Williams completed 19 of 37 passes for 248 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions and added two rushes for 24 yards in the Showboats' 35-18 loss to the Panthers on Sunday.

ANALYSIS
Williams drew his first official start after previously seeing action in three previous games, and he was aggressive but ineffective at times. The well-traveled Utah product, who counts the UFL as his third professional league, was able to connect with Daewood Davis, Jonathan Adams and Sage Surratt for touchdown passes of 82, seven and four yards, respectively. Despite also throwing a pair of picks, Williams arguably provided a bit more of a spark through the air than fellow signal-caller Case Cookus, suggesting he could get another shot at a start in Week 6 home matchup against the Stallions on Saturday afternoon.
