Heat Host Celtics in Game 2, Up 1-0
The Miami Heat play host to the Boston Celtics in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals at American Airlines Arena on Thursday.

Miami leads this best-of-seven series, 1-0.

The Celtics (0-1) looked in good form when they held a double-digit lead in Game 1, but they completely collapsed in the third quarter of that game. They missed 13 of the 15 shots they took in that lopsided frame, trailing by by at least seven points for the entirety of the fourth quarter. Jayson Tatum really struggled taking care of the ball, committing seven turnovers. The simple fact is, it's going to be tough for Boston to compete if Marcus Smart and Al Horford continue to miss games and it's unclear when those two will return.

The Heat (1-0) took care of business against the Philadelphia 76ers and Atlanta Hawks in the first two rounds and now own a 1-0 lead in this Eastern Conference Finals series. They've actually won all seven home games in this impressive playoff run. Defense is usually what carries this team, but they finished that masterclass with 118 points. This team will seldom lose if they score that much, and it's been amazing watching Jimmy Butler work. The All-Star collected 41 points, nine rebounds, five assists, four steals and three blocks in that win and now has his average north of 30 points per game since these playoffs commenced.

Boston won 16 of their previous 23 games over Miami before that Game 1 win.
