2019 Fantasy Outlook
Kendall transfers to West Virginia to replace Will Grier after backing up Kyler Murray and Baker Mayfield at Oklahoma the last two years. The Mountaineers and new coach Neal Brown have quite the hill to climb to match last year's production after losing Grier, their top three receivers and most of their offensive line. Kendall will have to lean on a talented crop of running backs and junior receiver T.J. Simmons. He'll also need to fend off junior Jack Allison who still has a shot at winning the starting job.
